Questions clients ask
What data formats do you work with?
Excel, CSV, SPSS, Stata, R, KoboToolbox and ODK exports, and most database extracts.
Can you analyse data someone else collected?
Yes. We review its quality first and tell you what it can and cannot answer before analysis begins.
How long does an analysis take?
It depends on the size and state of the data. After reviewing it, we give you a fixed timeline in the proposal.
How is the price set?
By the volume and complexity of the data, the number of analyses and the deliverables. You receive a fixed quote before work starts.
How do you protect our data?
Data is handled in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), shared only with the project team and stored securely. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
What will the report look like?
A clear written report with charts, tables and recommendations, plus the cleaned data and any code or syntax used.
