Four stages, every project
Clients always know what happens next, what they will receive and when.
Scope
We agree the decision the work must inform, the questions, the audience, the timeline and the budget.
Design
Sampling plan, instruments and analysis plan, tested and signed off before fieldwork or analysis starts.
Collect and analyse
Trained field teams, quality checks during collection, then rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Report and advise
A clear report, the cleaned data and a briefing with your team on what the findings mean.
How we protect data quality
Good decisions need good data. These checks are built into our process.
Sampling
Samples designed for the population and precision the decision needs, with the method documented.
Instrument testing
Questionnaires and interview guides piloted and revised before fieldwork begins.
Field team training
Enumerators trained on the instrument, ethics and consent before they collect any data.
Supervision
Field supervisors monitor collection and follow up on a share of interviews to confirm they took place as recorded.
Cleaning and validation
Every dataset checked for completeness, consistency and outliers before analysis.
Review
Findings reviewed by a second analyst before they reach the client.
Ethics and data protection
We obtain informed consent from every participant, protect their identity, and use data only for the purpose agreed. Personal data is handled in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We sign non-disclosure agreements on request, and commissioned results belong to the client.
